Section 1Citation, commencement, application and revocation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 8th November 2004.
(2) This Order only applies to England.
(3) The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2002 is revoked.

Section 2Listed Bodies

The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order appear to the Secretary of State to fall, for the time being, within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.
