Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Tyne Metropolitan College (Incorporation) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st January 2005 (“the commencement date”).

Section 2

There shall be established as from the commencement date a body corporate called “Tyne Metropolitan College”, for the purpose of establishing and conducting as from the operative date a new educational institution of that name.

Section 3

The operative date in relation to the further education corporation established by this Order shall be 1st March 2005, and the corporation shall conduct Tyne Metropolitan College from that date.
