Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (South West Trains Class 444 and Class 450 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 31st December 2004.

Section 2Amendment
(1) The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (South West Trains Class 444 and Class 450 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 5–
(a) after the words “the rail vehicles numbered 68101 to 68200”, there shall be added “and 66851 to 66860”; and
(b) for the words “numbered 450001 to 450100”, there shall be substituted “numbered 450001 to 450110”.
