Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods)(Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st January 2005.

Section 2 Amendment of the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002

(1) Regulation 3(1) of the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002 (interpretation) shall be amended as follows.

(2) For the definitions of ’Technical Instructions’ applying until and including 31st December 2002 and on and after 1st January 2003 there is substituted the following—

’Technical Instructions’ means the 2005-2006 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation;
