Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Overseas Insurers (Tax Representatives) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 31st December 2004.

Section 2Amendment of the Overseas Insurers (Tax Representatives) Regulations 1999

(1) The Overseas Insurers (Tax Representatives) Regulations 1999 (“the Regulations”) are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 10(f) of the Schedule to the Regulations after “basic” insert “or lower”.
