Section 2Citation and Interpretation
In this Order “ the Act ” means the Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004.
Section 3Commencement
Section 11 of the Act (which relates to preparatory work by the Tote) shall come into force on 1st January 2005.
Section 4Commencement
Section 12 of the Act (interpretation) shall come into force for the purposes of section 11 of the Act on 1st January 2005.
