Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Communications Act 2003 (Commencement No.3) Order 2004.
(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Communications Act 2003.

Section 2Commencement
Section 231(2)(c) of the Act shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
Section 3Commencement
Sections 231(1) and 265 to 270 of the Act shall come into force on 28th December 2004.
