Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Performance Targets) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 22nd December 2004.

(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to schools in England.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

The Education (School Performance Targets) (England) Regulations shall be amended in accordance with regulation 3.

Section 3 Amendment of Regulations

At the end of regulation 4(2) insert the words “in connection with the performance of the relevant group of third key stage pupils in NC tests or teacher assessments to be administered at or near the end of the following school year”.
