This Order may be cited as the Agency for International Trade Information and Co-operation (Legal Capacities) Order 2004. It shall come into force on the date on which the Agreement establishing the Agency for International Trade Information and Co-operation as an Intergovernmental Organisation enters into force in respect of the United Kingdom. This date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.
The Agency for International Trade Information and Co-operation is an organisation of which the United Kingdom and other sovereign powers are members.
The Agency for International Trade Information and Co-operation shall have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
