Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Designs (Convention Countries) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 31st January 2005.

Section 2
The countries specified in Schedule 1 are declared to be convention countries for the purposes of all the provisions of the Registered Designs Act 1949.
Section 3
The Orders set out in Schedule 2 are hereby revoked.
