Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2004 and comes into force on 14th January 2005.

Section 2Amendment to article 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) Order 2001

(1) Article 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) Order 2001 is amended as follows.
(2) After paragraph (h), insert—
