Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Wirral and West Cheshire Community National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 3rd March 2004.

(2) In this Order—

“the Establishment Order ” means the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Wirral and West Cheshire Community National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2002 ; and

“ the trust ” means the National Health Service Trust established by the Establishment Order.

Section 2 Increase in the number of non-executive directors of the trust

In article 4 of the Establishment Order (directors of the trust) “5 non-executive directors” shall be replaced by “6 non-executive directors”.
