Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
This Order may be cited as the Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 8th March 2004.

In article 4 of the Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 (directors of the trust) for “5 non-executive directors” substitute “7 non-executive directors”.
