Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 4th April 2004.

Section 2Extension of the interim period in the Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) Regulations 1999

In regulation 2(5) of the Asylum Support (Interim Provisions) Regulations 1999 , for the words “5th April 2004” there is substituted “4th April 2005”.
