Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
These Regulations may be cited as the High Court Enforcement Officers (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 31st March 2004.

Section 2Citation, commencement and interpretation
In these Regulations, a reference to a regulation or Schedule by number alone means a regulation or Schedule so numbered in the High Court Enforcement Officers Regulations 2004 .
Section 3Amendments to the High Court Enforcement Officers Regulations 2004
In regulation 3, in paragraph (1), for “104 districts” substitute “105 districts”.
Section 4Amendments to the High Court Enforcement Officers Regulations 2004
In Schedule 1—
(a) in the appropriate place, in the first column, insert “Tweeddale (Berwick upon Tweed)”; and
(b) in the second column, adjacent to “Tweeddale (Berwick upon Tweed)”, insert “TD”.
