Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2004.

Section 2 Commencement of provisions in European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003

The following provisions of the European Parliament (Representation) Act 2003 shall come into force on 10th March 2004—

(a) in the United Kingdom and Gibraltar, section 19 (so far as not already in force and except as it relates to section 8 of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 2002 );

(b) in Gibraltar—

(i) Part 1 (so far as not already in force); and

(ii) section 28(2) so far as it relates to the provisions brought into force by paragraph (a) and subparagraph (i).
