Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting and Communications (Isle of Man) (No.2) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 26th March 2004.

Section 2

Article 1 of the Communications (Isle of Man) Order 2003 is hereby amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (4), after the words “(“the No.2 Order”)” insert “or the Office of Communications Act 2002 (Commencement No. 3) and Communications Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2004 (“the Amendment Order”) ”;

(b) in paragraph (4)(a), after the words “the No.2 Order” insert “or the Amendment Order”;

(c) in paragraph (4)(b), after the words “the No.2 Order” insert “or the Amendment Order”; and

(d) in paragraph (4)(c), after the words “the No.2 Order” insert “or the Amendment Order”.
