Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 16th February 2004.

Section 2Amendments to Schedule 1

The Table in Schedule 1 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998 shall be further amended by the addition of the following item at the end of the Table—
