Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Greater London Magistrates' Courts Authority (Constitution) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 6th February 2004.

Section 2 Amendment to the Greater London Magistrates' Courts Authority (Constitution) Regulations 1999

In paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 (Rates for Travelling and Subsistence Allowance) to the Greater London Magistrates' Courts Authority (Constitution) Regulations 1999 for “6.9p” there is substituted “20p”.
