Section 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Courts Act 2003 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004.

Section 2 Commencement of provisions of the Courts Act 2003

The following provisions of the Courts Act 2003 come into force on 1st June 2004—

(a) section 4 (Establishment of courts boards);

(b) Schedule 1 (Constitution and procedure of courts boards).
