Section 1 Citation, commencement, and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the LEA Budget, Schools Budget and Individual Schools Budget (Wandsworth) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 31st March 2004.

(2) These Regulations amend the LEA Budget, Schools Budget and Individual Schools Budget (England) Regulations 2003 (“the Regulations”) in relation to Wandsworth London Borough Council, and apply in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 2004.

Section 2 Amendment

In respect of Wandsworth London Borough Council the words “plus £316,000” are added after the formula in paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.
