Section 1Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004.

(2) This Order does not extend to Scotland.

Section 2Commencement

The Sexual Offences Act 2003 shall come into force on 1st May 2004 in so far as it is not already in force.
