Section 1Citation, commencement and extent
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st May 2004.
(2) These Regulations do not extend to Scotland.

Section 2Prescribed police stations
The police stations listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are prescribed for the purposes of section 87(1)(a) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Section 3Revocation
The Sex Offender (Notification Requirements) (Prescribed Police Stations) Regulations 2001 are hereby revoked.
