Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Asylum (Designated States) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 22 April 2005.

Section 2

The list of States in section 94(4) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 is amended by omitting “(r) Bangladesh,”.
