Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gas (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 2005.

(2) In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations ” means the Gas (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005 .

Section 2Amendment of the Principal Regulations

Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations shall be amended by substituting for the word “April”, in paragraph (1), the word “May”.
