Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Land Registration (Proper Office) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 24th October 2005.

Section 2Amendment of the Land Registration (Proper Office) Order 2003

(1) The Land Registration (Proper Office) Order 2003 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(2), after “Executives” in (c) of the definition of “conveyancer” there is inserted “, or (d) a duly certificated notary public”.
