Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Leeds College of Music) (Transfer to the Higher Education Sector) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st August 2005.

Section 2
On the date on which this Order comes into force Leeds College of Music shall cease to be a further education corporation and shall become a higher education corporation.
