Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004.

Section 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 8th July 2005:

sections 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 32;

subsections (6) and (9)(c) of section 34; and

Schedule 5.
