Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (Primary Schools) ( England) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 28th February 2005.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
The Education (Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (Primary Schools) (England) Regulations 2002 are further amended in accordance with these Regulations.
Section 3Amendment of Regulations
In regulation 1 after paragraph (2 ) insert—
(3) These Regulations do not apply to the Council of the Isles of Scilly
