The Army, Air Force and Naval Discipline Acts (Continuation) Order 2005
Section 2
The Army Act 1955 , the Air Force Act 1955 and the Naval Discipline Act 1957 shall continue in force for a period of twelve months beginning on the day immediately following 31st August 2005 (which is the date on which those Acts would otherwise expire).
