Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Wanstead High School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st September 2005.

Section 2Exemption from the School Sessions Regulations

The Changing of School Sessions Times (England) Regulations 1999 shall not apply to the governing body of Wanstead High School of Redbridge Lane West, Wanstead, London E11 2JZ.

Section 3Time period

This Order shall have effect until 31st December 2005.
