Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Second appointed day) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 24th November 2005.

(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Licensing Act 2003.

Section 2Second appointed day

For the purposes of Part 1 (premises licences) and Part 2 (club premises certificates) of Schedule 8 to the Act, the “second appointed day” shall be 24th November 2005.
