Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 28 th February 2005.

(2) These Regulations do not extend to Scotland.

Section 2Prescribed police stations

The police stations listed in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 to these Regulations are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 87(1)(a) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

Section 3Revocation

The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) Regulations 2004 are herby revoked.
