Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Company Auditors (Recognition Orders) (Application Fees) and the Companies Act 1989 (Recognised Supervisory Bodies) (Periodical Fees) (Revocation) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 5th September 2005.

Section 2

The Company Auditors (Recognition Orders) (Application Fees) Regulations 1990 and the Companies Act 1989 (Recognised Supervisory Bodies) (Periodical Fees) Regulations 1993 are hereby revoked.
