This Order may be cited as the Transport (Guided Systems)(England)(Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 12th September 2005.

The Transport (Guided Systems)(England)(Amendment) Order 2005
This Order applies to England only.
(1) The Transport (Guided Systems) Order 1992 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this Order.
(2) In article 3(1) the definition of “magnetic levitation” shall be omitted.
(3) In the Schedule—
(a) the entry relating to Gatwick Airport and the terminal points comprising South Terminal and South Terminal satellite/pier 3 shall be omitted,
(b) in the entry relating to Stansted Airport, in the description of the terminal points, for “satellite 1” there shall be substituted “satellites 1 and 2”,
(c) for the entry relating to Birmingham International Airport there shall be substituted—
