Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Day Care and Child Minding (Functions of Local Authorities: Information, Advice and Training) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 3rd October 2005.

Section 2National standards

For the Schedule to the Day Care and Child Minding (Functions of Local Authorities: Information, Advice and Training) (England) Regulations 2001 there shall be substituted the Schedule to these Regulations.
