Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.

Section 2 Amendment to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) Order 2004

(1) The Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) Order 2004 is amended as follows.

(2) For the list in the Schedule to that Order there shall be substituted—

The Campaign for Real Ale Limited.

The Consumers' Association.

The Gas and Electricity Consumer Council.

The General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland.

The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux.

The National Consumer Council.

The Consumer Council for Postal Services.

The WaterVoice Council.
