Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 30th September 2005.

Section 2Increase in fee

In paragraph 7(1) of Schedule 3 to the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2002 for “£35” there shall be substituted “£36”.
