Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Community Bus (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 30th September 2005.

Section 2Amendments

(1) The Community Bus Regulations 1986 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4(1), for “£44” substitute “£50”.
