Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Minibus and Other Section 19 Permit Buses (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 30th September 2005.

Section 2Amendments
(1) The Minibus and Other Section 19 Permit Buses Regulations 1987 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4(a), for “£17” substitute “£19”.
(3) In regulation 4(b), for “£9” substitute “£10”.
