Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 30th September 2005.

(2) These regulations extend to England and Wales .

Section 2Amendment of the principal Regulations

(1) The Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) Regulations 1986 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulations 12(1)(b) and 12(2)(b) for “£45” substitute “£51”.
