Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Compromise Agreements (Description of Person) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1 st October 2005.

(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

Section 2 Person Specified

For the purposes of sub-paragraph 3(d) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 3A to the Act, a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives employed by a solicitors' practice is specified.
