Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.

(2) Regulation 2 shall not have effect in relation to an application for a registration certificate under regulation 8 of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004 made before 1st October 2005.

Section 2Amendment of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004

In regulation 8(4)(a) of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004, for “£50” substitute “ £70 ” .
