Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 30th September 2005.

Section 2Increases in fees

(1) The International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnet (Fees) Regulations 1988 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table below, for the amounts specified in column (2) there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column (3).
