Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2005.

(2) This Order comes into force on 14th March 2005.

(3) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967.

Section 2 Amendment to Schedule 2 to the Act

For Schedule 2 to the Act, there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.

Section 3 Amendment to Schedule 4 to the Act

For Schedule 4 to the Act, there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
