Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Great Yarmouth Outer Harbour (No. 2) Revision Order 2005 and shall come into force on 6th October 2005.

(2) This Order shall be included amongst the Orders which may be cited together as the Great Yarmouth Port Authority Acts and Orders 1866 to 2005.

Section 2Repeal of enactment

Section 35 (Saving for revenues of Haven) of the Great Yarmouth Outer Harbour Act 1986 is hereby repealed.
