Section 1Citation and Interpretation
This Order may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Rule Committee (Amendment of Constitution) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 14th October, 2005.

Section 2Amendment of section 70(2) of the Courts Act 2003
Amend section 70(2)(b) of the Courts Act 2003 as follows—
(a) omit the word “puisne”, and
(b) for the words “an ordinary” substitute “a”.
