Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Disqualification from Working with Children (Scotland) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 7th March 2005.

The Disqualification from Working with Children (Scotland) Order 2005
Section 2
Section 35 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (“the 2000 Act ”) shall apply in relation to an individual included (otherwise than provisionally) in the list kept under section 1(1) of the Protection of Children (Scotland) Act 2003 as it applies to an individual who is disqualified from working with children for the purposes of Part II of the 2000 Act.
