Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Borough of Wigan (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2005.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment to the 2004 Order
(1) The Borough of Wigan (Electoral Changes) Order 2004 shall be amended as follows:
(2) In article 2 “any reference to the map is a reference to the map marked “Revised (2005) Map referred to in the Borough of Wigan (Electoral Changes) Order 2004”, of which prints are available” shall be substituted for the words from “any reference to the map” to “of which prints are available”.
(3) In article 5 “the map marked “Revised (2005) Map referred to in the Borough of Wigan (Electoral Changes) Order 2004” available for inspection” shall be substituted for the words from “the map marked” to “available for inspection”.
