Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st November 2005.

Section 2Amendment of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005
The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005 are amended in accordance with regulations 3 and 4.
Section 3Amendment of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005
In regulation 8(5), for “throughout the test” there shall be substituted “,when the examiner is playing the role referred to in regulation 7(1)(a) or (b),”.
Section 4Amendment of the Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) Regulations 2005
In regulations 10(2)(c) and 11(2)(c) after “or other form of assessment” there shall in both cases occurring be inserted “(where such test or assessment was conducted by any person for the Secretary of State)”.
